The Hang Seng Bank has transformed its branch in Hong Kong into a cutting-edge New Generation Branch, designed by Marco Choi and Yan Yik Lun. The revamped branch features an open and welcoming design, with comfortable lighting and warm wood elements that perfectly complement the new digitally driven service elements.

One of the key highlights of the New Generation Branch is the introduction of e-ticketing for all customers. To minimize waiting time and enhance convenience, customers can obtain an e-ticket for counter services via the personal banking mobile app before arriving at the branch. The app displays their ticket number and the ticket currently being served, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.

The branch also boasts a Digital Bar, where customers can explore and experience the bank's digital services. From self-service counters to personalized advice from Hang Seng's team of service and wealth management professionals, the New Generation Branch combines the benefits of digitalization with in-person expertise.

This innovative service concept not only caters to the changing expectations of customers but also appeals to younger and digitally savvy individuals.
